Once we receive your tax resale certificate, we will reiview the information and approve or deny your wholesale applicaion. If you have been approved and are still experiencing problems please give us a call at 941-722-0408.

Some items you may have requested could be out of stock and you should not have been charged for the out of stock items. If something is out of stock it is usually written on your receipt as such but, sometimes this step is missed out. If you think you have been charged for something you have not received please give us a call at the office, 941-722-0408.

The receipt is always attached to the outside of the box however; no credit card details will be on anything we send you.

Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis provided we have all the required information. If we have received a large number of orders before yours then it may take an extra day for your order to be shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to reach you.
