Prices:
Prices are wholesale F.O.B. our warehouse; Palmetto Fl. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Orders:
There is a required minimum of $150.00 on all orders.
Prior to ordering:
For Florida residents: We would need to have a copy of your updated resale certificate. (which needs to be sent every year upon renewal) For residents outside of Florida: We need to get a copy of your Business License. These could be either mailed or emailed to [email protected]. Please remember to sign it before you send it.
Ordering over the phone:
Call us anytime to place your order. Please specify our stock number per item and the quantity you desire. For faster service, please have stock number and quantity ready when you call.

Shipping and Handling:
We use UPS Ground for box freight in the United States. If pallet freight is needed we will shop for the lowest possible rate and best transit time.
Claims:
Due to the fragile nature of many of our products, a small percentage of defects or broken shells may be inherent in your shipment. We cannot be responsible for these minor defects, as the cost for processing the claim is often greater than the cost of the merchandise involved. You must claim damages with the carrier.
Returns:
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or $20.00 minimum charge, which ever is greater. We do not offer returns or refunds for Sand Dollars or Sea Urchins.
